what kind of information are you looking for? If it’s health and nutrition info you need, go to the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine (pcrm.org) 😀 Or was it something else?

I guess it’s more about companies local to our area (York, UK) that sell vegan food in a sustainable and environmentally-gentle way (natural ingredients, reduced packaging, non-harming processes etc.) No, health-wise I’m tickerty-boo. 🙂
