  1. Violet, how did you find my site about my Death in Nostalgia City novel? A murder mystery is quite different from your subject. I love your site, however. I have a vegan friend with two young children and I will forward this to her. Best wishes.

  2. Good idea here, it’s never too early to begin instilling a sense of nature as an interconnected entirety, and the idea that what we choose to eat is an intimate aspect of any person’s ongoing sense of a place within nature.

  3. I really like the selection of comics you have on the site. It’s good that there are stories for all these ages since I feel that a lot of web comics I find are only for the 20-something crowd but I like drawing for grade school aged children too.

    • Thank you so much. I agree with you, it’s a shame they don’t still have the comics that were around when I was a child, I used to eagerly await my comic every week to read the next instalments of my favourite stories. So I’m glad you’re doing stuff for children too – I love your characters on your deviant art page 🙂

  5. Thanks for doing what you can, and do so well, with your message. We’re vegans trying to navigate our own areas of Men’s Style. The more attention in different realms of awareness that can be generated, the better!

  6. My Gran-daughter who is five has just said she wants to go vegetarian so I have forwarded a link to your site, which I still think is brilliant by the way! Lets hope she takes the messages about animal welfare on board and we can add a new recruit to the growing animal friendly army:)

  7. A short story just for you. “You will eat anything,” said the cow to the Billy Goat.
“Not at all,” the goat burped with the flavor of the shoe on his lips.
The cow munched on the cud and thought the remark over.
“I am not sure who is worse in habits, you or the pig?”
The pig looked up offended. “I admit I eat slop but the goat will eat the buttons off a coat and then the coat.”
“I have you all beat said the human. I will eat the goat, the cow and the pig.”
The three nodded in fear for they realized the human was the worse and hoped he would not pick one of them for dinner.
Fortunately goosey came by and within seconds became the bon appetite for the night.
