This reminds me of the hazardous waste runoff from Mexico, which has been polluting the southernmost beaches/properties of San Diego for years. And that government continues to ignore this. I really feel bad for the Imperial Beach residents– all those nice restaurants and shopping areas and still unable to step into the ocean.
