    Yeah I have been thinking it’s weird that we are all told dairy is a necessary food group! Plenty of people throughout history have never even had access to cows milk and there bones and teeth were fine!

      I know, isn’t it funny that we just accept that we need cows’ milk because that’s what all the grown ups tell us, but as soon as we really think about it we wonder why we never questioned it before! Now it’s just so obvious that it’s not natural for us. Thanks for your comment 🙂

    i actually read this a few days ago and i found that i am still thinking of this – i never actually realised that cows produce milk just like humans did.. i am mindful of this now. Thank you so much.

    Thomas (6 years old ) says:’ Cow’s milk is for calves and not good for us. I want to have strong bones when I grow up’!

    Good one. Also the overproduction of cow’s milk with high estrogen content is a factor in exacerbating estrogen dependent breast cancers. All of this and not to mention the suffering that would be diminished to cows. Thank you!
