        Can you recommend any good recipe books that have child friendly vegetable recipes? We have seen great story books..but not so many good cook books..

          I forgot to mention yesterday – a brilliant book I highly recommend is Unqualified Education by Gareth Lewis (see here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Unqualified-Education-Practical-Guide-Learning/dp/0952270579/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1434137962&sr=1-1&keywords=unqualified+education ) It’s actually a home education book which covers many subjects and the cooking section may well be what you’re looking for. Written for children aged 11 to 18, it includes info on safety in the kitchen; what you’ll need; balanced meals; a glossary of cooking terms; how to prepare vegetables; recipes for Indian, Italian, Middle Eastern and Mexican vegetable dishes; bread recipes and lots of cakes, cookies and dessert recipes. I love this book and have been using it for years, can’t believe I forgot to suggest it to you when you asked 🙂
