I go fully raw for at least half of my days. I cannot recommend it enough. It’s healthier, in gives you more energy, you heal quicker, your performance in Yoga or sports is better and easier, you gain lucidity, digestion and evacuation is more complete and efficient. You have to do it properly, hence the value of these books. The main thing is to get most of your calories from fruit. Of course I’m fully vegetarian, mostly vegan, at all times.
