Today was one of those days at work where co-workers were discussing my being a vegan. It comes up now a lot in my new job. They eats LOTS of bacon. I tried to tell them about the pigs, and they wouldn’t hear it! I love my meat they say! Can’t live without it. Icky. So sad. I want to point out there won’t be an earth if they keep it up, but these folks just don’t get it. Arguing at work is not worth it.

I’m sorry you had one of those days, I know exactly how you feel. The times I’ve been dragged into those conversations and afterwards thought “I shouldn’t have said that” or “I wish I’d said that”. But as you say, at the end of the day, people who have that mindset are not ready to hear even the best of arguments so there’s no point getting in to it. That’s why I wrote Be Happy And Well, I think that’s the best way to get it across to anyone who’s receptive 🙂 Hope you had a better day today 🙂
