We love potatoes!
Steamed, baked, crispy roasted,
Oven chipped or mashed and toasted,
Now that we have grown our own
In muddy plot, quite overgrown,
We get excited, dig deep down
And pull our food out of the ground.

I have never attempted to grow potatoes but desperately want to. How fun! Like a treasure hunt lol 🙂
