There was also pineapple fritters with ice cream but the camera battery died before we could record their beauty.
Ah Loving Hut ….. you never disappoint
(NB there were 3 of us – not just me being greedy 🙂 )
They have a green cake with white frosting at The Loving Hut near my house. I don’t know what it’s made from, but it’s wonderful!! Celeste 🙂

Oh yes, they have that in the Brighton Loving Hut, it’s called Pandan cake and it’s gorgeous. I found this on wikipedia: “Pandan cake is a light, fluffy cake of Malay origins (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia) flavoured with the juice of Pandanus amaryllifolius leaves.”

Mmm Yum! I know the franchisees decide on their own menus so it’s really interesting to see what other branches are cooking. Loving Hut is so brilliant 🙂

Yes, it’s a genius concept! I could do without all the celebrity idol worship though. Nice photos of animals are enough to convince me, who cares what celebrities do.

I agree, but I guess they think if it influences people for the good of the animals then it’s worth doing. And I must admit I do like it when I discover that someone else (celebrity or not) is veg*n so it’s all positive 🙂

Great point! I noticed a lot of teenagers are turning to veganism too. So parents who weren’t into it before, their kids get a little older and wise enough to chose, it teaches the parents.
